(Normally I just do lots of cupcakes, pretzels, breads, cornbread, biscuits and other stuff because I work in the morning- when all of that stuff is done.) BUT I’ve been working more doubles, then picked up Sarah’s shift tonight- which means all pies! Ohhf. Even if I’m exhausted and don’t wanna work a double, finishing by making pies always makes me forget I didn’t want to be there any longer. And yesterday, I made the most beautiful Blueberry pie that I have ever seen. Seriously. I am proud.
