Well… I guess if you’d want to do that, I’d cut some of the lime juice in whatever recipe you’re using, with some jalapeño juice-if it’s pickled jalapeños you’re using, be careful, some jalapeño pickling liquid is just bad, and then finely chop, or if you have poor/no knife skills, just use the food processor quick, a small amount of jalapeños to add with the lime zest.
